Instructions

Allow it to cool slightly before squeezing the roasted garlic cloves out of their skins.
  2. Combine Creamy Ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix together the sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth and fully blended, creating a rich and silky base for the dip.
  3. Add Roasted Garlic and Lemon: Fold in the roasted garlic cloves, mashing them gently to evenly distribute their flavor throughout the creamy mix. Stir in freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to taste, adjusting seasoning as needed.
