Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef Mixture: Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant. Add the lean ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked through, breaking it up with a spatula. Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, and sugar; cook until the mixture thickens and becomes sticky, then remove from heat.
