Instructions

  2. Add Tomatoes and Broth: Pour in the diced tomatoes with their juice and chicken or vegetable broth. Stir well, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the pot for extra flavor. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
  3. Cook the Pasta: Break lasagna noodles into bite-sized pieces and add them to the pot. Let the soup simmer until the noodles are tender, about 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
